1. Who we are
Ostohlo is a full-cycle web studio (website: ostohlo.com). For any personal-data matters, write to [email protected].
2. What data we collect
Contact form data. When you submit an enquiry we receive your name, e-mail, company name (if provided), phone or messenger (if provided) and the message text.
Technical analytics. We use our own first-party counter (stats.ostohlo.com, the Astrina platform): page views, referral source, country, device type, and recordings of page interactions (movements and clicks) to improve usability. This data is anonymised — we do not link it to your name or e-mail.
Referral tag. If you arrive via a partner link, we store an ostohlo_ref cookie with the partner's code for 90 days — solely to attribute the referral correctly.
3. Why we need this data
To reply to your enquiry and discuss the project; to measure traffic and find usability problems; to credit partner referrals. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
4. Where enquiry data goes
Your enquiry is delivered to our team's corporate mailbox and a private work chat. Only studio staff process it. You will also receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
5. How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence — for the duration of the discussion and a reasonable time afterwards. Anonymised statistics — in aggregated form without a time limit. On request we will delete your correspondence and contact details.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion — write to [email protected] from the address you used in the enquiry. We reply within 30 days.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to enquiry data is limited to the studio team. Secrets and form data are never stored in the public part of the site.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page. Effective date: August 1, 2026.
